How to play

After dealing, the deck is placed face down on the table with the first card of the deck placed next to it. The person to the left of the dealer deals the first card and the game goes like this:

• Draw a card from the deck or discard the pile to start your turn.
• Place a meld on the table if you can. You can place multiple melds in a round (in some versions, only one meld is allowed per turn).
• Place the melds card on the table if already formed. For example, you can place it on the table if there are already 5, 6 and 7 on it and you draw an 8. Regardless of who originally placed the meld on the table, once it is there, it belongs to no one and no one. can be used by anyone. Even if you haven't put any cards in the ring yet, you can put as many cards as you want and you can always discard.
• Add one card to the pile to end your turn. You cannot discard a card in the same round if you take it from the discard pile. You win the game if there is only one card left to discard and you place it face down on the discard pile.
