Crazy Eights

Crazy Eights is known and loved by everyone. In Crazy Eights, the player starts with a card game with the goal of eliminating all of them, just like in the card game Uno. The game belongs to the "drop" card game genre that requires skills in both strategy and communication. It is also known as a "stop" game because players can be stopped from discarding if they do not have the appropriate cards.

How to set up game

To play the game Crazy Eights, there must be a minimum of two players and a maximum of four. On the computer you will play randomly with one or three robots. A deck of 52 cards is used and the player's goal is to discard all of them. Initially, each player is dealt 8 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the middle and the players take turns drawing cards to discard them.

How to play

Now, let's get into how the game is played. There are a few crazy simple rules to keep in mind:

  • Each player can discard any card that matches the top card and then the last card played.
  • Matching cards are cards of the same number or suit.
  • If you don't have a matching card, draw from the middle number until you have one.
  • All 8s can be played at any time, giving the player the freedom to call any suit.
  • After the 8 is played, the next player must play the piece requested by that player or another 8.

Players continue to draw and discard, the first person to completely discard their cards is the winner. The winner's score is calculated by the remaining cards of the top person remaining. Have fun playing the game and win.
