Atari Asteroids is a beloved classic arcade shooting game. The objective of the game is to fire and destroy other flying saucers and asteroids, avoiding colliding with them. In particular, do not get hit by bullets.
You only have five lives. Move continuously and quickly while still aiming and avoiding all obstacles. Destroy lots of asteroids and flying saucers to earn high scores.
Use the arrow keys, or A and D, to rotate your ship.
Press W or UP to move the ship forward.
Press SPACE to fire.
Press S or DOWN to teleport to a random location, a handy escape feature.
